About Exodus: a literary reading of the central text of the Torah

In "The Exodus Story," Pastor Mike Montgomery, MDiv, will lead you through one of the Bible’s most significant narratives: God’s mercy as He delivers Israel from slavery in Egypt. Exodus is a foundational story in Scripture, recounting how God reclaims Israel as His people, rescues them from oppression, and establishes the Ten Commandments to guide them toward moral and religious freedom as they form an independent society.
Throughout the journey, God demonstrates His mercy, continually providing for the Israelites even in the face of their disobedience and complaints. However, God’s mercy also extends to the Egyptians. The dramatic plagues in the Exodus narrative reveal God’s call for Pharaoh to repent of his arrogance and refusal to acknowledge God’s authority—but Pharaoh remains stubborn in his rebellion.
Sign up today to explore the depth of God’s mercy and His redemptive work in "The Exodus Story."
